The Museum of the Dziekanka Hospital tells the history of one of the best-known psychiatric hospitals in Poland, operating in Gniezno since the late 19th century. The exhibition presents the institution’s history, old medicine and the architecture of the extensive complex.
It is also a place of remembrance of the tragic events of the Second World War. The visit has an educational and historical dimension – it is worth arranging the rules and hours of the visit in advance.
